I just feel like we will not go farther in progress because of these traditional values and no matter what happens, we will be the victims because of their ideology. Sickening. If you're a conservative this is great news, for liberals, not so much. Republicans tend to have better economic policies (this is debatable), and Democrats are more socially progressive (also debatable, depends on who you ask). Republicans are usually anti-abortion, anti-same-s-x marriage, anti-global warming, Democrats are the opposite. Really depends on who you are if you see this as good or bad tbh.
