blahblahblahhhh 15
Can some of you give her a break (about this screaming etc)? Knowing she's not having her best days at the moment and seeing how this song talks exactly about accumulated frustration and hopelessness, depression etc that she so hard tries to fight against, I can only imagine the passion, frustration, energy, ecstacy etc she must have felt while singing the song. She just really needed to sing her heart out, you can really see and feel it, and that's why all this screaming and trampling and other things happened, she didn't give a damn. It's not like she doesn't know how to sing when she just wants to make the song sound......beautiful, but this situation was def different for her (emotionally). I find it extremely raw. Absolutely great! Thank you! It's totally different hearing it live and experiencing the emotions she oozed. It was show-stopping and breath-taking, trust me. I am one lucky bastard for hearing it live :nooo:

NewYorkCity 10,536
I have just seen the full video and I literally cried The perfect vocals (say what you want, she's theatre) and watching her singing those lyrics just at this moment... that's what makes it perfect. That's why she "screams".

giskardsb 12,565
I swear pop fans are so used to robotic voices with no dynamic range that any elevation in level is considered "screaming". She obviously resonates with the lyrics in this song, the song itself is an angry one. She was feeling it. Her voice was controlled, she easily moved into the softer parts with clearer vocals. This was her interpretation, deal with it.
