"Art pop" refers to specific musical and vocal qualities. Gwen was talking about imagery, Gaga's ARTPOP. I honestly can't. The only embarrassing thing about this is that Gaga is being harpooned by her own fans for this. She is the one who popularized ARTPOP as it pertains to music with imagery. She popularized art pop, period. And, in 2014, if someone says art pop, the music world thinks of Gaga. How is this even in question?
