I don't think that Gaga should hire someone and I know why she hasn't, it's because she's a musician no other pop star or celebrity I know of does this. I do agree on her acknowledging the other people who like her because your right and I think it's cool that you like her even though you are deaf and I'm sure she would find it nice once she finds out. Gaga creates unique visuals that are very surreal and interesting. I can easilly see a deaf person liking Gaga. I'm sure you can find a good amount of her interviews if you Google it. And don't act like she doesn't care for deaf people.
