Plus we'll only get U.S sales from that guy.Things that have happened since last update: Gaga passed 10M album sales in the U.S (4th female that debuted in the 21st century after Taylor, Adele, and Rihanna).Also they never confirmed that she hit 50M singles in the U.S although fans' estimations put her just over the 50M mark.
