Otherwise, the press releases should be bragging about those sales by now. As of Feb. 12, 2015, her WW album sales are still being reported around 27 million, as stated in the official announcement of the Oscars regarding Gaga joining the line-up of performers this year. Here's an excerpt from this article - http://www.oscars.org/news/lady-gaga-perform-87th-oscarsr: Since breaking in 2008, Lady Gaga has sold over 27 million albums, 130 million singles, and over 4 million tickets globally to her award-winning live performances. Lady Gaga has won a total of 6 Grammy Awards - her most recent this week for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album for Cheek To Cheek, her 2014 collaboration with Tony Bennett which debuted at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. But yes, the 27M figure was released during pre-CC (June 2014), so her current WW sales by now should be above that. But then again, they haven't officially released the WW stats for C2C via either the annual reports of IFPI or Vivendi - both of which are yet to be released by March / April of this year. So let's just all hope it did sell above 1M last year to make those lists' cuts. If not, then the media hype for the next album should give us the new official WW stats of Gaga, and that might be later this year or next year. They better buy BTW those 8x Plat WW stats, all her singles need updates like from 2011 and they better buy ARTPOP that 3x Plat certificate :madge: Her Certified Units right now are around 29m when in reality she is like 60/70m (singles) ...
