Gaga used to have the same thing in France and Germany (and Japan, but there it's more than just promo) but her management ****ed everything up with ARTPOP... Change that to Spain, Italy, Japan, Taiwan, Brazil, Mexico, Russia and the UK Germany only stanned a lot for Poker Face tbh. And France she was just as immensely popular as everywhere else. A lot people here bash her and think she's definitely over... It's not a good thing to say 'I love Lady Gaga' when you're in France. She's mainly seen as a singer for gays and a has-been... CtC is definitely a good thing to give a better image of Lady Gaga in term of talent. Now she really needs next solo album to help her to win back the GP... She'll need radio hits and strong chart performances. I'm quite positive about what the future holds... But since BTW, her image is not very good (at least in some countries like France)... I'm quite sad because she's definitely the most misunderstood and underestimated artist of her generation... She deserves a lot more success... In some countries people didn't even know that Gaga has released ARTPOP... In other countries it's seen as a 'flop'. CtC era is successful for a jazz album and she has good reviews. Though jazz is absolutely not the thing right know... So you can be sure most people don't even know about this album. She can definitely make a huge comeback with her next album if the promo and the deal with radio are strong and if she has catchy songs and potential hits on the album !
