Probably cause G.U.Y. and its video are more aimed to her fans ;) A way to say goodbye to ARTPOP era in term of videos. I'm pretty sure she (and Interscope) didn't want a third single. This not a radio song (probably no deal to send it on radios) I take it as a 'single' for fans... Nothing more... Though we can't deny the video is very good ! It's perfect for a final video.
