hmm 979
i'm just saying I don't know how you passed any sciences if u think creationism was real like seriously, if I was Christian, and I used creationism in a biology exam, I wouldn't get any marks for it. edit: this is in the UK btw If you were to use GCSE standard answers (particularly certain aspects of chemistry) in an a-level exam you wouldn't get any marks for it either. Not sure how that's a valid point
Woolfsmck 2,763
you can't be that intelligent if you think the ebible is anymore than parables tho actually, many parables in the bible are/were handed down via verse before there was written language, or paper .... the addition of Jesus was recorded about the time that paper became a common method to record history... the bible is based in fact and is a tremendous source of historical 'fact' ... the interpretations are pretty illustrious imo, and leave a lot of questionable conclusions. like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still. My words give a clue, look inside to see whats true

Brainiac 11,171
I'm sorry but if you can just COMPLETELY disregard evolution and brush it off as a false belief then you have something loose upstairs somewhere. The amount of evidence that supports it is insurmountable.
Economy 52,861
Science isn't the answer for everything either...it is if u know how it works. We just dont know how it all works but there is a scientific answer for everything whether we know it or not Big bang or God creating everything either way it doesnt eliminate the science behind it
FKAJAKE 5
If you were to use GCSE standard answers (particularly certain aspects of chemistry) in an a-level exam you wouldn't get any marks for it either. Not sure how that's a valid point well in most subject, especially the subjects i'm taking (lit, economics, Spanish and history) you would get marks, just very little. I mean, talking about creationism as a fact in an exam would not get u marks, my biology teacher warned us against it. actually, many parables in the bible are/were handed down via verse before there was written language, or paper .... the addition of Jesus was recorded about the time that paper became a common method to record history... the bible is based in fact and is a tremendous source of historical 'fact' ... the interpretations are pretty illustrious imo, and leave a lot of questionable conclusions. so moses parted the seas? so they got loads of animals onto a huge boat? so eve is from adams rib, and they lived in a garden before any other humans? I know these are bad examples, and there are many stories in the bible that could physically happen, but the messages conveyed through stories in the bible should be taken with a pinch of salt
Jjang 2,262
All I see in this thread are assholes who want to make themselves seem superior for what they believe or don't believe. Please get the **** over yourselves and let people believe as they wish without being condescending. *Relax.

Luc 4,776
Don't call me Darling, since I'm not your darling and never will be. Yes Dawin invented the idea of evolution and since you believe in that idea i named him as well Yes, I only named him because you guys believe in that belief I'm not smart? Well okay, done with discussing with you. you're not coming off as very intelligent here your counter arguments are wesk and you choose to ignore the largest part of whst people say to instead find a small thing which you then take as a personal insult, eventhough they weren't personal insults. Neptune 156
Did you saw evolution? Evolution is happening right now lol
Luc 4,776
I defended me thousand times. I believe what the Bible says With improper argumentation. 'were you there?' 'did you see evolution?' of course we did evolution is in everything. The food we eat (which wasn't available 200 years ago, but they mutated it to what we have today, which is basically the same as evolution), the people we are, the extinction of many animals and them making place for newer species, viruses and animals mutating to become resistent against their poison/medicine, hell even the colour of snail shells in the wild is a great example of evolution
Neptune 156
i'm sure the quote would be higher Go read The God Delusion or something like that, because you're clearly missing every single argument here. Please. "studies found that belief in God was held by 7 percent of National Academy of Science members and only 3.3 percent of UK Royal Society fellows."
