We're praying for the #1 but it won't happen :'(

I am pretty positive this album will be #1. Billboard said it is a close race between Gaga, Kenny, and Barbra so we'll see.

The album is doing very well and promo has been amazing!!!! Best promo ever! Of course here in America we are having to worry about a damn country album. But Tony and Lady may beat Kenny Chesney for number one. Gaga and the label were smart to discount the album on amazon for the weekend and the CRAZY RARE deal with that record store in New York doing 2,075 copies with a real signed Gaga autograph which is all sold out won't hurt either. This is by far the most interesting neck to neck race for number one we've seen here in awhile. A ton of music insiders and bloggers are talking about it. And then ya have Barbra Streisand who's still selling strong with her new album in it's second week. Perez has already posted things on his blog relishing Chesney being number one (without mentioning Gaga but ya can read between the lines)....of course that was before the cool deals that happened this weekend. It'll be interesting to see where C2C lands this coming week. Regardless, it's doing great and will be a consistent seller, IMO, well thru Christmas!

I love all these "UNITED STATES IZ FLOP" comments... did Cheek to Cheek go #1 or anywhere even close to it in YOUR country??? Take several seats, plz. :miley:

Really glad for the worldwide average longevity, though!

I'm talkin' 'bout forever, baby.
