I think it'd be more interesting to bring back the Monster Ball. Remove a couple of fillers for newer hits and we've got lift off. What a spectacle that'd be.

I don't see it that way. It's just a way of taking us back into that era with a new retrospective. Lots of bands and artists do it. They plan a tour only playing songs of a concrete past albums, a pair of them or the most iconic ones. Check David Bowie, The Cure...

I think it's interesting that Gaga does it. It would quite exciting to see the BTWB again. It's just a flashback, and a way to bring back a show that fans seemed to love and that never received a proper goodbye.

Other artists do it with albums/eras that are iconic enough to warrant a retrospective. Born This Way, imo, does not. So it just seems odd. Not saying I wouldn't love it/wouldn't go. But its odd and unprecedented.

Although supposedly if it does happen its to raise money for TBTWF

I think it's the fact that it's "odd and unprecedented" that makes it so interesting tbh :flutter:

Gaga strives to be an artist that pushed boundaries and this is an extra way that she can do so, especially since in most ways ARTPOP failed to do so...

Thats exactly why returning to the previous era seems almost inappropriate. Its like backtracking to say nevermind ARTPOP guys remember this other era?!

Well yeah, but so many things this year seem to point towards that and who wants to mess with consistency :spinflop:

Not that I don't like ARTPOP or Born This Way but you get me.

Anybody else think it's super uncool when fans record her sneakily/most likely without her knowing like this? :duck:

she said it with such a product voice  :smh:

so this is how she sounds when she says things personally to fans.

You don't deserve a point of view if the only thing you see is you.

Didnt Gaga say her next album was going to be more rock/glam/acoustic influenced? Which I feel BTW was heavily influenced by rock tbh.

Creatively, I feel like BTW felt more of what ARTPOP should have been. And it was generally a riskier album. I also think BTW was more of the music Gaga always wanted to do.
