Most of the time it´s an overreaction and doesn´t solve the conflict or earn you respect in any way. That being said of course I think Gaga shouts at her staff sometimes. But surely doesn´t do it because she needs to and it doesn´t make her a bad person, it just makes her human. She is a perfectionist so I can imagine that it can be rough to expect that from others as well and then being disappointed. If I had that many people to rely on I´d probably shout all the time because it must be frustrating..on a big tour like that I assume many things can go wrong.
