Then see Rihanna. She released  Love the way you lie with Eminem and LOUD out of nowhere right after RR underperformed.  And she got back on track.

 

Christina waited too long after Bionic, thinking that she is reparing her brand / "taking her time" and look what happened.

Similar with Gaga.  after BTW she  "took her time" because of the overexposure, she mastered ARTPOP probably 12041280 times and the expectations grew too much.....

1. ARTPOP was finished in October 2013. It is January 2015. Its been fifteen months. You honestly think Gaga has only written the beginning of a new project? Come on. Born This Way was written in roughly the same time during her biggest tour, on the road, in her most promoed time.

2. The ominous facebook post with the caption "MAY" a few days after she tweeted the ARTPOP era was over.

3. Confirmed reports of her being in the same studio for a few days....a studio RedOne often goes too.

4. The oddball instagram caption about bloodsucking and vampires....possibly even lyrics...Gaga doesnt start sharing lyrics or themes until the year of an album release.

5. She's been back in the gym. In an idealistic world we could just say"she's staying healthy," but everytime Gaga hits the gym...a new performance is near...and she certainly wont need those types of moves for the C2C Tour.

6. No one has really mentioned this...but the C2C Tour ends abruptly in June. And every time new dates have been added, they stay before June. Is something happening after.

7. People misquote the Howard Stern interview and suggest Gaga said she will a year writing. However, Gaga said that "during this year". She did not axe out 2015.

8. From Interscopes end, do you really think they want another ARTPOP disaster by spacing out another album too far? Gaga needs an early jump before another Miley comes and snatches the spotlight.

9. The overall attempt by the label and management to "repair" Gaga's image as not another attention seeker, but a full fleged modern voice with authentic talent. (She has to stick out again in a good way that Katy or Kesha cant)

10. The Dianne Warren sessions that show her covering up sheet music, and a tweet that claimed "a new classic was born."

BONUS #11: Perhaps #monster4life written in lipstick on a mirror in Gaga's tv airing of artRave, was a wink to the new era....even her most recent tattoo references this....

I only kind of agree with 10 and 11, but in no way these facts point to a new album coming out this year

ARTPOP underperformed so she needs to get back on top soon.. +she had the hip problems.. And about the lead single..We can't really know.It could come on summer.November is a very bad part of the year to release a single

10 reasons that you say, but not in reality. please stop making these threads. the new album is obviously coming in 2016. the monster4life is just a song dedicated to her fans that she has already sung at sxsw.

 

Also, she never mentioned new music on the howard interview.. she just said she's taking the year to promote cheek to cheek and the tour...

Finally someone else talks about it. Watch the SXSW concert, right before Applause she sings Monster 4 Life acapella. Maybe she decided to record the song for this new album, but anyway, I think the mess that happened for the DWUW video blocked her a little in writing songs, she probably started working on the new album right after the artRAVE: The ARTPOP Ball started. I don't think she wants to rush things with this new album so I think she'll take her time creating it. She's working with Nile Rogers and Diane Warren so she obviously is taking LG5 seriously, she wants to create some really good music, she wants to be remembered as a music legend like David Bowie, Elton John, Sting. I would not expect anything from her in 2015. 

 

I honestly can't wait for 2016 and I'm really expecting her to make her big come back in the pop scene at the 2016 Grammys. 

But what I care the most is that she spends a good time recording the next album and creating the new era.

There was the hip thing between BTW and ARTPOP.

But right now there is a whole album and tour which is C2C.
