No, if you're responsible enough to make that tweet be ready to have the chance she will respond. If he wants to act like that with such maturity someone somewhere eventually was going to call him out. Gaga can't always play innocent who wont reply to negativity. And most of you here are WAY more mean than what he said. What he said WASN'T even mean, he just wants her to return to pop. Can you imagine what it feels like being attacked by your idol like that? I guess so. like... little managers need to stop, if you're bored with Cheek to Cheek that's your problem not hers. She's entitled to do what she wants. Its clear that she doesn't want to promote ARTPOP any further... apart from the tour, which will be over soon, and with it, ARTPOP will be done for good. The quicker we can all accept this and move on, the better On the other hand Gaga has been so insecure lately, always playing the victim trying to prove a point and defend herself its staring to become obnoxious. Gaga continues to have to defend herself from her own fans, she doesn't even need rivalry or enemies, when her fans like this drag her and keep trying to somehow manage her every step. People need to take a breath and let go... Why so much grief over entertainment? It's not like your choices are so limited. If you don't want to be called out by her, give your opinion in a better way or just forget about things you don't like and play ARTPOP. it is like people here on EVERY thread about jazz saying: oh yeah idc, boring, jazz? Meh, On every thread. You don't care? Great! Show how much you don't care and ignore it. As she said, try to do something with yoir life. Her response was matching pretty much what he said, He mentioned her name so yes it was directed at her. You think she doesn't have herself or her team search the forums for feedback she knows how most you all reacted to ARTPOP and was happy to start something new a totally different genre which those same people just latched onto C2C with the same negativity and hate a person can only take so much she's human and an artist double edge sword for voicing her true opinion. Generally constructive criticism involves saying something that implies a bit more than, "It's not good because I don't like it". That being said, I'm torn about Gaga doing this. I love that she's making people assume accountability for things that they say online, because God knows people need to, and reminding people that she is a person, not some type of machine designed to please their every last whim. But, at the same time, what with this twitter user's response, it's obvious that he's a fan. Do I think that he should be more supportive of her and if he doesn't like it, he doesn't have to talk about it? Yes, of course. But, do I also think that Gaga should be ignoring ultimately irrelevant "criticisms" like these? Probably.
