Most of her fans in Russia are oppressed and Gaga concerts give them the chance to be themselves without discrimination... Also I'm afraid you're most likely not going to get a gaga concert even if she is unbanned as she actually asked athletes to boycott the winter games, she has no interest in going there again unless changes are made.
