I feel like a lot of bad blood has been created behind the scenes, especially when Gaga was huge in 2010.

Dr. Luke seems like the type of guy who only works with weak minded females and will stop at nothing to see competition in the dirt... Which, in terms of commercial success... you can say he succeeded, unfortunately.

I really want Gaga to go more experimental pop. I would love to have one maybe even all produced by her and most of all, I don't want Gaga to sell out, so I hope to God she does not work with Dr. Luke

Despite that I will enjoy the music for sure (since I enjoy other Dr.Luke productions), I will not support this collaboration. Dr.Luke is known for making music for commercial artists and that will damage Gaga's career which is known for talent and real music.

Same. But I believe it could have started as early as 2009 when Dr. Luke's productions (My Life Would Suck Without You and Right Round) battled JD and PF respectively for the #1 spots on the charts. Professional jealousy isn't unusual, and that could have probably led to the creations of Kesha's Animal and Katy Perry's Teenage Dream, both of which were recorded in 2009 (the time when Gaga was ruling the charts without the help of Dr. Luke and co.) and were released in 2010.

Of course. Teenage Dream, especially, took direct cues from The Fame.

The industry desperately wanted more Gagas to capitalize on her success and Dr. Luke produced. He took a rock era would-be one hit wonder and made her into a dance pop icon. He took a bunch of nobodies and made them into subdued versions of Gaga. The Dance era might have been ushered in by Gaga, but it was dominated by Luke.

And everyone knows this. Gaga knows this. Not justifying her twitter shade, but I KNOW she has a lot of pent up resentment towards Dr. Luke and the handful of girls who swooped in on her success via his productions and direction.

No. No offense to Dr. Luke, but I just can't see them working together on a song.

Just repeat to yourself, "It's just a show. I should really just relax."

Gaga likes to have control in the studio. Dr. Luke comes off as someone who really doesn't care for allowing his artists to have creative control.

They will end up killing each other in the studio.

It's science, bitch

I truly hope it never, ever happens. I hate pretty much every song Dr. Luke has produced, it's all about those #1 singles with him, and if Kesha's experience is anything to go by, he's also a complete dickhead, and I don't want him anywhere near Gaga or her music.
