Economy 47,196
She gonna be over exposed!!! Every artist that became over exposed with too much success and people got over them they never manage to reach the same leel of success ever again Gaga was over exposed by the end of TFM and then she didnt take a long break before BTW which she promoted like crazy adding even more to the over-exposure and she was being shuvved down everyones throat People say her weirdness turned the General public off. That may be true. But i think her over-exposure was equaly as lethal :coffee:
Married the Night 3,955
It will flop. It's not catchy. Fans may like it but others wont. I HATE Katy but Legendary Lovers is a smash waiting to happen. I'd rather Walking on Air be a single. LL is boring. Even TIHWD>LL so I can't imagine LL not flopping if TIHWD flops. It already flopped, babe.
blacklistedd 599
Contrary to popular opinion, this song is almost as laughable as This Is How We Do but in a completely different way. Its like your typical Katy cheesefest but this time its taking itself the slightest bit more seriously with its basic "worldbeat" production. I mean that clear Indian influence in the background of the song makes me roll my eyes because it seems that its supposed to give it some element of sophistication or something. But its one of those songs that despite how lame it clearly is, there will be a mainstream market for it here in the US. I think some people will eat it up, although her singles don't seem to be doing so well. But despite the floppage Dark Horse and Roar were too big for her to be considered passe. So to those gaga fans here that seem to hate her for her success, take off your party hats guys.
blacklistedd 599
BTW which she promoted like crazy adding even more to the over-exposure and she was being shuvved down everyones throat You know....a lot of people say she went overboard promoting Born This Way. While the whole Farmville thing was clearly too much imo, I living in Los Angeles specifically never felt a barrage of Born This Way promotion. I think any barrage came from online because she had so many fans at the time. People were obsessed with her and there was already a natural hype for her followup to her massive debut eras. The album pretty much promoted itself aside from the usual promo singles and television appearances. It wasnt so much that she was "shoved" down peoples throats because she did the shoving, a lot of people wanted to talk about her and were ferociously curious as to what she was going to release therefore anyone that didnt care was made aware that it was all "happening" and some got second hand anticipation from seeing others anticipation. The only place that seemed to get a true bombardment of Born This Way-ness was New York City, naturally.
Robotboy 1,700
hopefully her 4th huge flop this era but you have to admire capitols efforts and dedication with her compared interscope who always give up after the first flop/era Remember that you are unique. Like everyone else.
Uyimermaid 97
See now this is why Katy's team is so smart, they release a really strong song after an unsuccessful song. Gaga could've released Gypsy and everyone would've forgot about G.U.Y. because Gypsy would theoretically be a hit. And this is gonna be a relatively short era for Katy then too if she's already to her 6th single. Unless we get PRISM: The Complete Reflection OMG!!! GET READY FOR THE COMPLETE REFLECTION!!! Let there be light!! ahhaahha

Disregard 50
I don't know why anyone would be under the impression that this is a hit single. It's going to do nothing. Sorry, and feel free to scrapbook me.
