If it was a full duet album in Gaga's usual pop style, say, a dual album between her and Beyonce or her and Britney etc, maybe. But this is too far removed. However, according to Recording Industry Association of America, an EP is defined as 3-5 songs, whereas a single is allowed to contain up to 4 songs. I always thought TFM was an EP I get why Interscope wouldn't want an album with leftovers to be the fifth and final album Gaga releaseas as part of the original contract.
