1934?

Not even my parents were alive back then!...only 40 years later! I think not even my Grandma was...I can't think of anything more pathetic, sad and desperate than Lady Gaga trying to sell me music from 1934. This will be my last post about this Jazz mess.

My grandparents were born before that time. I am ancient.  :udidnt:

And I know there are people who listen to classical music written centuries before that.  :omg:

There is nothing wrong with older music but I understand that it's just not your cup of tea. That's fine.

Don't worry my grandparents are from 1909 and 1910, I suppose we're both ancient ;)

Thank you! Just when I thought there'd be no more polite people here. A response of someone who doesn't need to attack people who have a different opinion. And It really isn't my cup of tea, that's why I'm expressing MY OPINION about this. I wish I could get into it just for her but I can't. I've tried! And the only reason this is frustrating for me is because, imo, Gags is the savior or pop music. She's the best of all of her peers. I just don't like to see her stepping away from a game which she rules!

But I'm almost convinced she'll change her mind some day and make another electronic candy for my ears.

You really didn't need to call anyone ingrates in the title

And one of the most iconic cartoon characters, Donald Duck, is still relevant today and was born in 1934.

"Pathetic sad and desesperate" :toofunny:

And bringing Madonna here.

Yeah, very polite and respectful.

If you have said that same thing of the post I am quoting on your first post it would have been perfect. :)

Or people could research about jazz on the web, the local library, or music stores that still sell vinyl, since jazz is a genre that is well documented. The best education is self taught, the information sticks better when it is something you genuinely wish to learn about and pursue.

Do your own research.

Sorry, I changed the title as a favor to someone :fan:
