It seems as if he's trying to one-up her by throwing her name in there and sugar coat it with "amazing". Of course I'm also taking into account him favoriting a tweet from some gossip site that said Gaga was looking to hire Scooter because career was ~on the rocks (which was back in March when we already knew about Bobby). He didn't have to @ her in this tweet that Gaga probably doesn't care / doesn't want to care about. He was obviously trying to make it clear to everyone that an artist under him is finding bigger success now. Male managers and their big egos smh.
