Born This Way compelled me to come out. ARTPOP compelled me to be a better artist. Period.

The Fame & BTW had the most impact tho. ARTPOP has basically 0 impact. Take fans away, they always get 'impacted' :smh:

I don't really think ARTPOP the album had much impact... The songs don't really have anything to do with expressing yourself through art, it's more the way she delivered it.

I hope that's not a joke because I agree :queenga:

The whole "I create my own fame" theme was amazing and I think it's the backbone of her career.

It wasn't a joke! Her whole "find your inner fame" message helped me find a lot of confidence.

definitely left an impact and some kind of legacy behind them

Which kinda proves that ARTPOP is equally capable of having an impact, doesn't it?

I mean, if The Fame managed to do this why can't ARTPOP?

Again, our sensitivity is different and we are influenced in different manners.   :legend:

I'm not sure about what "impact" ARTPOP had in any culture maybe among fans but not that much as BTW had.

Most see it as just one more era from a pop girl.

Born This Way helped me come out as gay. I started songwriting inbetween BTW and ARTPOP.

ARTPOP inspired me to put art on the front and to use paintbrushes to determine how I will paint my future with my creativity on the canvas :whitney:

Umm just because their fans doesn't mean they aren't people. And if people are impacted then people are impacted. And it's quite rude of you to say "'impacted' :smh: "

And how about the impact on the world of art? She left a huge mark there. She was in the Louvre for God's sake.

I give up.  :rip:  :deadbanana:  Go to djBuffoon's wall. Check his recent status updates. Today we had an excellent discussion about ARTPOP without the usual  hate-it-for-no-reason posts. Better than most threads we get about ARTPOP, unfortunately
