Lady Gaga has announced the release of her second unis-x fragrance, Eau de Gaga.

“It’s a unis-x scene, inspired by the adventurous woman and the man who loves her,†Gaga told fans on Twitter. She added: “The base consists of sparkling water, lime, leather – the three things I use every day. A very clean expensive scent.â€

Speaking of the bottle, Gaga said: “I wanted it to be a timeless, elegant, luxurious bottle, something that would last forever.â€

Eau de Gaga is a follow-up to Gaga’s debut scent FAME, released back in 2012. The perfume has sold more than 30 million bottles and earned more than 1.5 billion dollars worldwide to date.

F**k a lot of you people in this forum are annoying! I seriously can not get over it. I very rarely post on here... But I come here every day, multiple times, to catch up on everything that is happening in the world of Gaga! I come on to see such amazing news like she's releasing a new fragrance, and all I see are people complaining. Like seriously... WTF. 

 

1. We should be rejoicing. Whether it's exactly what we want or not (in terms of a god damn perfume bottle shape) it's still another way of owning a piece of Gaga's legacy. 

2. OF COURSE IT'S TO MAKE HER MONEY!!! How do you expect Gaga to keep doing what she does for us without any money. The sad truth today is that because we all steal from artists by not paying for music, (I personally refuse to download illegally, but I'd be happy to bet top dollar a lot of the people here complaining about this perfume do) they need to be resourceful and find other ways of making money for their brand. Lady Gaga is a company... A brand... With no money, no company can continue on. The fact that 'Fame' grossed $1.5 billion, and artRAVE may gross $150 million (as an estimate) should serve as enough evidence as to why she wouldn't even question releasing this fragrance to continue to fund her future endeavours. 

3. If you are all so f**king great at managing and marketing a massive International brand like LADY GAGA, why do you sit there day in day out, with 1000s of post to your name on one fan forum, rather than using your skills and "knowledge" to manage/market a real brand. Oh wait... You can't because you're not qualified. Ahhhhhh I see! Because you really have no idea what actually goes on when making such high level business decisions, and you don't have the ability to see that hours upon hours (of people who actually know what they are doing) have been spent coming up with every move the brand LADY GAGA makes. Will they always make the right decisions? NO! Just like any other international brand! But they are sure as hell gonna gonna give it their best shot, using all research and knowledge they have to do so. Not just basing their decisions on what they THINK.

 

And before one of you fires back with a "I'm a marketing major" or "I studied design for 10 years" reply... If this is the case. Get up off Gaga Daily... And prove to the world just how good you are in your field. If you are in fact good enough... Then maybe one day you will be driving the LADY GAGA ship. If you are one of those people that disagrees with the way Lady Gaga is run, and have no true experience... Let me just tell you how you seriously have no idea how much would go into every decision we see play out. There are so many more factors than your mind could even comprehend.

 

So just sit back, stop complaining and enjoy the ride. Or get off... Because clearly you can't get over your disappointment in Gaga and you shouldn't have to. A word of advice... She wouldn't care!!!

The fandom has really been pissing me off since aura leaked because she gave us new music and new videos and all you people do is sit on your ass and cry about it. There is no reason for you to be complaining about everything she does for us and I'm sick of it. Is you are not happy with her then leave! It's that simple...

We can all interpret ourselves the different inspirations put into the design of the bottle, but I can't at y'all saying it's cheap! If you ARE a fan then you WOULD know that Gaga does not put out anything unless she thinks it's perfection and is worthy to be put in stores

Well, tbh I think it's still very basic, but hopefully the perfume speaks for itself and will explain why it didn't need such an elaborate design :)

I have to say that I'm with you 100%. I'm obsessed with Tom Ford but that bottle looks nothing like the Private Blends. It is 100% ide tical to Victoria's. Same neck, same top, same plate bearing the name, etc. The difference is Gagaz's bottle is dipped in black. Victoria's bottle is ALSO produced by COTY.

Also, as you've already stated, nothing is new under the sun so I don't care. I'm just so ready to own it and see the commercial.

 

This is in no way comparable to Tom Ford's Private Blends...there is a need for those bottles to be plain...its a collection of a multitude of fragrances, not one. His bottles also look elegant, this one looks cheap. Now that I think about it...shes just making a cheap imitation of a chanel bottle dipped in black.
