This does not scream that at all. I guess I just used "Katy Perry" to mean more of like a generic, anybody-could-pull-this-off look But hey, at least their bottles scream KATY PERR!!/NICKI MINAJ!!! Of course it's for money + it promotes her image (which is her brand).
