Gagaloo911 12,959
Depends on how it is marketed. She is releasing a Jazz album with Tony Bennett, she has appeared in Machete Kills as well as Sin City: A Dame to Kill For. These things appeal to straight guys, Machete Kills and Sin City are mainly marketed to that audience. Pictures like this: Are a lot s-xier than But both still retain a level of elegance and class that appeals to women. This could be marketed well enough for straight guys to buy the perfume and enough women should be interested for it to be a successful uni-s-x line. I understand what you're saying and trying to mean, I just don't see how being in a couple films and releasing a jazz album will translate to a straight guy suddenly buying a bottle of perfume when most don't wear perfume to begin with

Calvin Klein built a perfume empire on uni-s-x lines. You would be surprised at how many men are willing to try uni-s-x perfume if it is correctly marketed towards them. Yes but Calvin Klein isn't gaga she's a pop musician with a primarily gay fan base, not a fashion designer.
Guest
It's classy looking. All of you saying it's basic Gaga can never win. This...she said she wanted to go with a classic, classy look. :smh:
Bebe 16,995
Yes but Calvin Klein isn't gaga she's a pop musician with a primarily gay fan base, not a fashion designer. I know, that was in response to "straight guy suddenly buying a bottle of perfume when most don't wear perfume to begin with ". Men wear unis-x perfume. Quite a lot do. The perfume label isn't really an issue. It isn't even anywhere on the bottle. She is hardly doing a bad job at promoting a uni-s-x perfume label. If people think that a uni-s-x Lady Gaga perfume is alienating enough for a straight guy, it would be a disaster if she didn't aim her marketing at them or design the product in a way that appealed to them. The bottle clearly serves it's purpose in communicating itself as a uni-s-x perfume. Some crazy gaga-fied bottle isn't going to effectively communicate that message and it isn't going to come across as appealing to it's target audience. AlexanderMichael 0
Can you say Tom Ford Private Blend? These could be faked easily.
Hecturr 1,921
still not impressed by the bottle, she could've done SOMETHING to make it stick out a bit and still be classic. sigh
Alvaro 5
Looks a lot like the Tom Ford fragrance bottle design, but that's not a bad thing at all.

Hecturr 1,921
What's the point? They mentioned it on may 25. I know people who have it since first week of july. That's one month afyer them (and probably more people had it back then) and that's still before the official announcement. How come people got this perfume before Fame?
