SummerGirl21 787
Yeah, when she sang it at swinefest I thought it was cute and personal. But Dope's lyrics imo >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> for me, it reached a whole another level. And Dope's single cover Yup. Dope has some of her best lyrics. lodylody 1,725
I like Dope better. I don't really get "I wanna be with you". "It's off, it's on" What is? "Corks off, its on" actually makes sense The pain? It does make sense, it's just down for interpretation. What's wrong with "it"? Can we not appreciate a little bit of a vague lyric which leads to discussion?
ELECTRAHEARTPOP 93
That's the point, sweetie. She rebelled against her label. Oh okay, didn't realise. Makes sense though. It's a very Gaga thing to do.
DriverMonster 10
She's always made up stories. You never know what's the truth hahaI thought it was because Interscope wanted a ballad and Gaga said she'd "give them a fücking ballad". She's gonna need to get her stories a bit in place more often.

Laceface 2,964
I like Dope better. I don't really get "I wanna be with you". "It's off, it's on" What is? "Corks off, its on" actually makes sense Basically means you break-up = it's off, get back together = it's back on

She's gonna need to get her stories a bit in place more often. Well, she hates the truth. We never know what really happens with these things. Redstreak 6,653
I'd rather be poor and happy than rich and alone I'll write hit songs about you, no matter how we'll get through :emo: Take a moment to think of just flexibility, love, and trust~
fuzzyandgreen 0
I love both songs equally, but I'm not really sure how Dope is more relatable.
