Though I may love it lyrically, it's trash musically. pretty sure she didn't make swine, or ARTPOP for that matter because of "pressure from fans". She specifically said she made swine the way it was cause it represented the fury and energy of the lyrical content. So please don't start opinion-backed reaching rumors out of thin air because you have your panties in a bunch. Pretty sure YOU don't know what Gaga wants, just as much as you claim we don't either...unless you have a mind reading device hooked up to her 24/7. She's a big girl. If she was miserable she can decide for herself how it is appropriate to fix her personal ailments. Pretty sure no fans were "pressuring" her to make her debut album pop...considering the fans came after the fact. Also pretty damn sure you would have no effing clue who Stefani Germanotta was if she didn't make pop music. So please stop acting so "above" us all. I'm not calling all of it trash, I'm saying that the need for a techno vibe nowadays is RUINING the messages of songs. I love techno, I love trap, I love ALL music. It's just annoying how OBSESSED with fads our culture is. NO ONE is TRULY one HUNDRED percent original. They ALWAYS have to fit in a box EVEN GAGA! If gaga did a concept album and was completely BLIND of genre THAT would be original. BUT alas, she must categorize herself as what she hath lain. I am stating opinions. I never said anything about rumors, I have unwadded panties. I mean seriously, we have thread after thread. What's the next single? Video? ARYFLOP? Ummm, **** you that's pressure. I am saying based on the STARK CONTRAST between Red and Blue and ARTPOP, she might not be TRULY happy. Be in a place where you want to do one thing and you're doing another, all of your life. And interviews where she talks about Bruce Springsteen, Freddie Mercury, Elton... LetsGetHigh 52,683 Posted August 7, 2014 Share Posted August 7, 2014 do you not remember her talking before the ARTPOP era (back when the 1 pop/1 experimental album was a hinted) about how she was toying with the idea of having two singles out at once simultaneously? It's not really "impossible" or far fetched considering it won't have any affect on C2C except a rise in sales from increased interest in Gaga. And it's not like C2C is gonna have multiple singles and a full-fledged era of traditional scale anyways. IMO all it could possibly do is help with the sales of both albums...if she indeed is going with a B-Sides route I do remember, and she wanted them to be 6 months apart. But what I meant is that 2 eras of completely different albums of different genres is dedinitely very complicated to do; whereas Gaga's idea came from the same pop genre and kind of the same album concept. There's a huge mass of casual gaga fans who support her albums with sales that don't log into a fan sure every day. And those casual fans may not be here for every single thing she releases...and may simply be gaga fans for good quality pop music and lyrics/performances/videos. Really not that far fetched to think that a lot of casual fans have no interest in playing AG over and over. I love it.
