That's a post-graduate degree here. he probably wasn't, and probably just owned a pet shop, many people do that there and call themselves vets, just because they give vaccines and refer you to specialists when you need them, ive had many bad experiences with vets in mexico city Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
