I was so excited when i heard they were collaborating as he is one of the few rappers atm that commands respect. But yeah the song was too Gaga than in the middle. Lady Gaga) for Kendrick Gaga said she wrote it for her next album as a result of Jakarta though she said it was supposed to be on both of their albums, but I assume more so for ARTPOP because it was written in caps as PARTYNAUSEOUS.
