Gurl C2C is finished. It's being promoted right now. When it's released it'll be promoted even more. Gaga made ARTPOP during the BTWB and is now making the next album during artRAVE and C2C. She said that her best album so far will be the one after Cheek to Cheek.....she says that about every album but.......for me it's been true That was made up by a fan though, she never said her album after C2C would be her best.
