Bebe 17,094
Sure they'll remember ARTPOP moments but not every performance like y'all be talking about. Like my non Gaga fans know nothing about the SXSW, swine fest, or the DWUW mess. SXSW has a good chance of being remembered. Swine made news everywhere and Katy was accused of copying her performance. Swinefest was the first time she performed ARTPOP songs and the first time she showed her natural hair. She did the whole speech about how she didn't need all the wigs and crap. I'm sure it will be remembered. DWUW is what the media will talk about when they come to ARTPOP. They will talk about Gaga's controversial video. The DWUW leak was a pretty big deal.

Koala 3
Besides the fanbase: Applause and the ARTPOP cover for sure
Zoey Brooks 0
Oh please, I haven't even watched SXSW. People will definitely remember Lady Gaga getting puked on though. The rest of the performance isn't iconic, but Swine definitely is.
Bebe 17,094
Oh please, I haven't even watched SXSW. Your loss. I bet you still heard about her Swine performance though. The puking moment was shocking. Even Demi Lovato commented on it.
Bambino 24,290
"Iconic," to me, is something that people will think of right away when they hear Lady Gaga's name. Nothing from ARTPOP seems like it'd be remembered like that. If anything though, maybe the Applause video or Seashell girl look. And maybe the fact that DWUW video was scrapped and caused so many meltdowns among the fanbase.

The Child 18,997
DWUW AMA's performance is know by a lot of GP so yes it's iconic. ‘If religion be the cause of disunity, then irreligion is surely to be preferred.’ ‘Abdu’l-Bahá
healme 83
I'm in the UK so maybe my perspective is skewed but I definitely think Do What U Want will be remembered as a classic Gaga song here. It was a top ten hit here (peaked at 9) and I think it would have gone higher if it hadn't been disqualified for a while. There was a period between November and March where I heard it almost every time I went to a club (I've never been to a gay bar so the DJs were playing it because it had wide appeal) and it always got a great reaction. I think it's truly one of her biggest hits in terms of impact, if not in terms of chart position. I have a devout Christian straight male friend who doesn't listen to chart music, and even he knows the song.
