The sanitation here is miles better than in Africa, so things like ebola don't spread nearly as easily. This isn't as big of a concern as the people in this thread is making it out to be. They don't have the ability to treat ebola correctly in Africa, that's why it's such a problem. Think of it this way: if it were you or a family member who had it, wouldn't you want them to have the best care possible?
