The interview comes out sometime this week anyway, but here's basically what he said: He told my friend, Josh (the interviewer) that Gaga wrote the record and even demo'd it to send to other artists that might want it, but Gaga never personally saw herself singing or being featured in the song. It was apparently too "raunchy" for her tastes, as T.I. puts it. So it never saw the light of day… If you want, add this to the OP. I'm Chloe. Except the C and the L are silent.
