Basically there is this Twitter contest called MTV Hottest where you tweet the hashtag #MTVHottest and then the artist you want to win. Tweeting it or RTing it counts as a vote (Gaga's currently in 4th BTW). Well she retweeted a #MTVHottest tweet about herself, which I don't think she was supposed to do.
