You already know where I'm going to go with this By putting her arguably messiest album above all three of her very well crafted previous albums. Honestly I used to be guilty of this. Back when I was a member of the GP I hadn't heard a whole lot of her music and just knew her from her meat dress and a few other outfits. I figured she was just another vapid blonde popstar using gimmicks to get attention. Then I heard Judas and the Born This Way album, which isn't at all what I would have expected from a mainstream popstar. I loved it. Which made me check out the rest of her stuff. How wrong I was. I think a lot of people just see the crazy clothes and videos without knowing the context behind it and just assume she is trying to be "shocking," which would make them think she isn't confident in her music, so therefore it must not be any good. Then you show them footage of her live performances and they agree that she has some talent but then go on to talk about her meat dresses, hermaphrodite, only gays like her etc. Like seriously why not just admit you hate every fibre in her body and save me the trouble of trying to convince you.
