monketsharona 84,487
Gaga needs a real return. She snobbed by everyone with ARTPOP. She really needs to return with strong material with her next solo album (I'm not counting CtC)
BritneysPinkWig 0
Check your ears Circus is a great album and the sales don't lie this
LittleBoot 27
Anything is possible, but I'm actually not sure she wants it if it means giving up some artistic freedom. I don't doubt she loves the fans she got, but it seems like in the past year or so she's been disillusioned with aspects of the music industry and some of the people around her that got her to where she was. Didymus 34,380
The album didn't even do that well, didn't get critical appreciation and only two singles were successful. No thanks.

Tropico 4,145
That's what we said about ARTPOP. Well we got a f--king maginigicent album and tour out of this era sooo... OT: and in order to have a comeback one needs to disappear first. Gaga hasn't disappeared this era. She hasn't hit Britney rock bottom so we don't need a "comeback". ♢ Social Justice Enthusiast ♢
Houdini 103
Britney "came back" from a massively publicized mental breakdown, not an unsuccessful era. And her success wasn't without its downsides. Everyone knew she was less passionate than before and recognized it in her work and performances. Britney came back, but never amounted to who she used to be. (Artistically and success wise) Right now she is seen as almost pathetic by many. true

I love the album(half if it) and the tour is great it seems. But we are talking about chart performance. Ppl were saying ARTPOP was gonna put her back in TFM successwise and Gaga was hoping too. And we are pretty close to Britney's low chartwise as well. Blackout didn't reach a million and only had a hit lol. Well at least we have a successful tour though. That's the difference I guess. The album didn't even do that well, didn't get critical appreciation and only two singles were successful. No thanks. Honey, the way Gaga's career is, we would pee ourselves w a circus successwise era.

It did better than ARTPOP in every aspect tho single sales, tour, charts, album sales.....

The problem is people compare her to such high sales (BTW and stuff) and think if it isn't that good it's bad. She's on parr with her peers right now. Of course she isn't slaying but we aren't doing bad at all. And we had a Applause which smashed and DWUW did quite well for a song without a video. ♢ Social Justice Enthusiast ♢
