Why would they apologise only to the Netherlands though? I know a majority of people on the flight were Dutch, but it's affected so many people around the world. I'm not going to pretend I know a lot about what's going on, but that's what that title is saying to me. I mean I know nothing about the paper, so I thought maybe it was government propaganda, but if the paper is anti-government (to some extent), then yeah you could be right.
