I can read :lolgaga:

I asked 2 questions, you answered 0.

I didn't ask you if you can read, I asked how can you tell I'm against calling Israel Palestine. If you answer in a sarcastic way, you have no answer.

Second question, what is so funny about the "Uganda Plan"?

Interesting articles...

'' Well fancy that! In an irony too delicious for mere words and in a story barely covered in the Western media, an arms cache was recently discovered in a Jewish synagogue, Hod Sharon, in Israel.

The arms, contrary to the suggestion in Israel’s right-wing Yediot Aharanot, belonged to the main Zionist terrorist group, Haganna. The idea that they belonged to an individual can be discounted!

But those with even short memories will recall that the pretext for the massive civilian casualties in the war against Gaza this year and against Lebanon in 2006, was that the ‘terrorists’ were hiding amongst civilians. The Israeli War Forces had no other alternative, although of course they bitterly regretted it (this is their ‘shooting and crying’ syndrome beloved of the ‘left’ Mapam kibbutzniks) than to murder 400 Gazan children.

Hod+Sharon+synagogue+.jpg

But the fault you understand doesn’t lie with Israel, good gracious no, but those devilish ‘terrorists’ who insisted on fighting their war in Gaza’s urban districts.

You see, so the racist discourse goes, ‘they’ are not like us. They aren’t civilised and hide behind their own families. Such are the beasts and demons that Israel’s young soldiers had to face.
In fact as anyone familiar with the situation knows, even today Israel’s military forces have their headquarters situated, like the IDF HQ in Tel Aviv and other civilian areas.

The rocket batteries used to fire missiles into Lebanon were situated in or adjacent to Israeli towns and kibbutzim.
Now we learn that Hagana was not only storing weapons in synaoguges (remember the excuse for targeting mosques) but the synagogue had ‘long and narrow windows, and slits for firing. These slits apparently made the synagogue an ideal location for stashing the weapons’ according to the curator of the synagogue’s museum, Simcha Klein. But colonialists memories are very short of course. What we do is entirely different from what they do, because we are human and they are not.

Below are reports of the discovery in the main Israeli press.

Tony Greenstein ''

'' The study says that we should not make light of the Arabs' ability to conceal weapons from the British. A Haganah report of October 1947 describes the weapons storehouse near the Lions' Gate in Jerusalem's Old City: "From the large tent that is used ... ostensibly to sell secondhand items, you descend the slope where garbage accumulates and enter via a low dome from which an underground passageway leads to the Cave of Zedekiah, after a few meters you enter a small dome one meter in height, with a thick door.... After opening the door, you reach an excavation with various types of weapons."

Even after the founding of the state, the various organizations continued to conceal weapons from the authorities in the original caches. Weapons and bombs from the Lehi storehouses in Jerusalem were used by attorney Yaakov Heruti in concealing a bomb at the Soviet legation in Tel Aviv and by Amos Keinan to blow up the Tel Aviv home of Transportation Minister David-Zvi Pinkas. The leftist socialist Mapam party kept weapons in the caches of the Hashomer Hatzair kibbutzim as part of Operation Leviathan, preparation for the possibility of seizing power and fomenting a socialist revolution in Israel. To this day, caches are being discovered in kibbutzim that were simply forgotten, or it happened that those in charge took their oath of secrecy with them to the grave.

"The point of departure for those in the Jewish Yishuv who hatched the idea of building weapons caches in places such as synagogues, women's rooms, children's houses," explains Kitron, "was that British officers and troops were gentlemen who wouldn't dare to search in such places."

Here is what you said when explaining to Lucia:

Palestine? Do you mean Gaza? I don't hunk it's holly for the Muslims.

And if you're talking about the whole land of "Palestine", you need to call it Israel, because that is what it is, and not Palestine..

sis instead of of saying that I'm afraid to face the truth, jus tpost an actually neutral source that posts the exact same thing as the IDF blog. Come on you can't possibly think IDF is a neutral source :awkney:

You said you'd try to look for a neutral website that would explain the story and you ended up giving the IDF website like :awkney:

and sis when I use Israeli sources I'm talking about Memri which is pure Israeli propaganda and Jerusalem post

those are the two I mostly look at.

I read about the conflict from all sides, and even though i could have been biased because Israel attacked my own country, I still searched about it as much as I could and defended it's citizens when I heard people say that it's a good thing that Israeli die or things like that. I'm the one here who's seen it form the neutral side while you haven't, you've been fed propaganda to the point where you post the Israeli military website as a SOURCE, look at how messy that is

*spilling the tea*/*haters* etc...what an immature way to discuss a serious topic. This is not a stan war, boy.

If things I posted would be lies and propaganda you'd be able to refute them easily, but you can't.

All you can do is repeat same old phrases from your Hasbara manual.

What is so childish in calling peoples haters, Gaga also calls people haters. Everybody here is using "spilling the tea".

You remind me of Hanin Zuabbi.

As if calling me Hasbara troll more than 3 times is not childish :laughga:

Please don't embarrass yourself :awkney:

A 91-year-old Dutch man honoured by Israel for shielding a Jew from the Nazis has handed back his medal after six of his relatives were killed in a Gaza air strike

Henk Zanoli returned his Righteous Among the Nations award to the Israeli ambassador in The Hague this week after an Israeli F-16 destroyed his great niece's Gaza home, killing all inside.

"It is with great sorrow that I am herewith returning the medal I received as an honor and a token of appreciation from the State of Israel for the efforts and risks taken by my mother and her family in saving the life of a Jewish boy during the German occupation," Zanoli said in a letter dated Monday.

According to Zanoli's letter addressed to the Israeli ambassador, the bomb dropped by the Israeli military on July 20 during its massive Gaza offensive, flattened a four-story building at the Bureij Refugee Camp, killing all inside.

"The great-great grandchildren of my mother have lost their grandmother, three uncles, an aunt and a cousin at the hands of the Israeli military," Zanoli said in the letter, published by liberal Israeli newspaper Haaretz and widely circulated in the Dutch media.

"It is particularly shocking and tragic that today, four generations on, our family is faced with the murder of our kin in Gaza. Murder carried out by the State of Israel," Zanoli said.
