It's okay for me if Gaga uses pre-made instrumentals from time to time.

But she always talks so much about HER art and visions and that's why it's kinda weird to see her using those instrumentals.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. What I mean is Gaga's often said in the past that she likes to sit down at a piano, come up with a tune and the melody, and then craft the electronic production around that. She did it with Born This Way, The Edge of Glory and many others. But as we've found out with many ARTPOP songs, she didn't do this process. She took entire instrumentals from producers and then sang over them, creating melodies to fit the production. 

Some people notice a difference between these processes, some people don't.

the technical definition of production is one who selects the instruments used , directs the other musicians , and holds the overall vision of the piece .

Everything was already done, she didn't really do anything other than choose the instrumental itself.
