The dominator one is from sylenth 1, which I have on my computer. That's not sampling. The first one is sampling, yes, but that's percussive, it's the same as using drum sampls, which EVERYONE does. I'm saying this makes me feel disappointed because, to me, a song should be created (mostly) from scratch in order to have its own "soul". This makes it feel like a product that has been sold to me. I'm not hating on Gaga, as it's common to recall melodies you've heard in the past like that. It's normal. That's not the whole chorus. There are millions of songs, and only so many orders of notes that sound good. Why do you assume copy over coincidence?Believe me, if there is any HINT of actual copying, lawyers jump all over that stuff.
