If this is "extremly similar" then Born This Way is a cover of Express Yourself. It practically is, at least during the chorus. It uses an exact melody from Express Yourself during the chorus. Remember how proud she was during TF and TFM era that every single instrumental was crafted just for her and what she wanted to say with the sound? This. I didn't think we'd ever find music from Gaga's albums in other songs like this. "So if you want it right now, make him show you how" is the same melody as "I'm beautiful in my way, cause god makes no mistakes". Just listen to them both.
