Rollercoaster 2 Posted June 26, 2014 Share Posted June 26, 2014 Ed Sheeran's promo team are amazing. I'm not a huge fan or a fan at all really but holy hell. So far in the last 6 week's running up to his album release, he's done radio 1 live lounge, Britain's got talent, etc.. but the tv ads are what's really surprising. the tv shows the album artwork and plays the hook from sing like... 4 times per ad break. Now he's just performed an acoustic track from the album as promo... in the break between new big bang theory and new how I met your mother. THIS is the kind of blatant "watch me!" stuff Gaga needs for her next solo album. REAL promotion of her product. idk I just thought the strategy of using commercials to perform was awesome.
