She was convincing her dad to take the open heart surgery because I think Joe didn't want to take it the first time. There's a couple of others that I would say are 'sad songs', and a fair few of Gaga's songs that have sad lyrics (although may be masked by the production kinda?!) but Princess Die is definitely her saddest in my opinion.
