Someone from Terry's agency sold the video to TMZ's producer. Gaga knew, because the plan was to bring "publicity" to it and such. She even uploaded an instagram video of her watching the video with Asia last night. That being said, everything is okay. She's not mad, TMZ's not getting sued, and Bobby's not mad.
