Lady Gaga was the first english speaking musician i was ever formally introduced to by a friend. He showe me poker face, but i had already heard Just Dance and ive been in love since then. Oh man.. i remember watching Paparazzi at the VMAs with my family and everyone was so disgusted and offput by her performance, but i thought it was amazingly done. I replayed it for days, it was artistic, and i didnt even know what was artistic about it yet. But i knew I had found someone amazing. I was an official monster @ Born This Way, but id been following Gaga for ever, was obsessed with the Fame Monster (but hadn't heard the Fame and i didnt know it was even successful. BTW was such an influential album, it was just around when i was starting to contemplate coming out and i eventually did a year later. ARTPOP made me a stan though.
