thefamefatale 264
Not to mention MTN and HML. I would not mind her bringing Garibay back on-board, I love everything she did with him on BTW. His production is versatile and pushes Gaga in the right direction as far creating something sonically unique. Exactly.. he's different and JUST TO ADD IT IN, DITD was nominated for Best Dance Recording at the 2011 Grammys, so..... lol at that guy claiming Garibay isn't great or better than DarkChild etc. don't be a drag

Bradley 59,064
Done at you calling Garibay "cheerful and positive". He produced DITD and Highway Unicorn for gods sake. Yes, not all of his works are cheerful and positive, he made some darker songs as well. But he's going to bring Gaga down if he makes songs like Fashion of His Love or The Queen again. I like these tracks actually but they just aren't smash hits like ScheiBe, Government Hooker. Unless all of his new projects are similar to Heavy Metal Lover and Dance In The Dark, two of my favorite tracks from him. What are you implying in quoting my comment? Bradley 59,064
Telephone isn't that great, imo. I like Reloaded, though. I actually feel like Gaga's done some of her best work with Garibay. I don't know, I feel like their dual productions really brought out Gaga's writing and melodic qualities. When Gaga mentioned that all of her music began at the piano, I feel like her work with Garibay really justified that. Their music could be incredibly loud, obnoxious, and huge- but they could always come back to Gaga on the piano. And I liked that. Indeed, his creations with Gaga are always very unique and experimental. Which is a good thing for the people who demand creative and artistic projects, but his songs are way too experimental for the public. They don't fit the radio. Example: Marry the Night

Makes sense, but they probably have lots of ****ty songs like FOHL and TQ and those happened to make it as bonus tracks because she needed fillers on the deluxe edition. (Probably gonna get hate for saying they're fillers). I agree w/ the scheibe and government hooker comment though. He needs new sounds. don't be a drag
GypsyHaus 0
The tracks that he produced just aren't materials for Gaga. His tracks are just too cheerful and positive for Gaga Bye, I can't. It's ridiculous to say this, Gaga isn't just 'dark' songs- half of ARTPOP is fun and certainly not BTW's majority of material Gaga can write and CO PRODUCE happy songs. People forget she has a big say in the production process unlike many acts now. She obviously wanted it to be 'cheerful' and it wasn't all on Fernando. Anyway, HML and DITD say hi

You know they aren't really ****ty, just not good enough to be singles. Sometimes they're even better than the singles it's just they're not radio-friendly, and I've had enough of people doubting Gaga's ability to chart good. Anyway, HML and DITD say hi Well of course she's not entirely 'dark'. It's just that her nature is darker, we knew her through Bad Romance and Poker Face, through dance club songs like Just Dance, through songs about s-x like LoveGame, through creepy videos like Paparazzi. So that's her basic, I'm not against her making happy songs, but they should not take too much place, sometimes they even replace the standout tracks. You And I stoodout to be a single leaving ScheiBe forgotten. I mean seriously happy country Gaga? I prefer Judas and Marry The Night. Well of course she's not entirely 'dark'. Oh yeah one thing I like about ARTPOP is that, ARTPOP is not too dark not too happy, it's just EDM, it's just pop. That's why I like it.
