TimisaMonster 31,073
Understandable. Tbh just scared that something bad might happen so I'm getting defensive. Although his departure from the record label is already decided so my b---hing does nothing. Why get defensive about "what ifs"???... I'm optimistic and hope Gaga's given more control over her music Stream my new single, 💜"Heartbeat"💜, on Spotify!

RAMROD 109,273
To those of you Iovine haters but don't really know who's you're hating other than based on what you hear and read, you might have forgotten about this: http://youtu.be/3oer9-WSJHc He was all Gaga, can't you hear him? Hate him or love him, Iovine is one major supporter of Gaga in that label. And Gaga confide in him. It is a big loss, who knows what the new guy will do? He could go all L.A. Reid for all we care tbh!!
Whispering 18,865
Discipline means to be in control… ….no matter what…. discipline, drive, lack of self-destructive tendencies  is exactly what you need if you want to be on top for a long time... Lack of self destructive tendencies is going to exclude 98% of the biggest artists in the last 60 or 70 years. The most talented generally have their demons...like most human beings in this world, tbh. Athletes win only if they are disciplined If you want to perform over 300 shows - with heavy dance routines- for three years, you must be DISCIPLINED in taking care of your body : no d--gs, no smoking, healthy diet and constant workout…. ….that's the only way to avoid or at least reduce the chance to get injured Athletes can be highly disciplined and still not win. Highly trained, extremely disciplined athletes get hurt every single day. There is no fool proof way to keep yourself free from injury...even career ending injuries. Gaga's hip injury was not the result of poor discipline, her diet or her life choices. Gaga's injury was not her fault. It was a result of working extremely hard and a long grueling tour. Injuries and physical setbacks can happen to any performer at any time!
MelbHawker 6,583
don't forget that interscope also has eminem, madonna, the black eyed peas, etc Not forgetting that. But in terms of branding, Gaga's their biggest player.
RAMROD 109,273
Not forgetting that. But in terms of branding, Gaga's their biggest player. Of course, but I really feel Eminem and co will be given more perks since Interscope first and foremost is a hip hop label. The most talented generally have their demons...like most human beings in this world, tbh. Yes, you are right. Real artists have a demon inside. But they have to learn to control it if they they don't want to get destroyed. Just in the last three decades self destructive tendencies have destroyed great artists like Micheal Jackson, Amy Winehouse, Whitney Houston but also Britney…. W.Houston ruined her voice, the best voice ever, in her last tour her voice was out of tune and unrecognizable…and soon after she died (c-----e, crack, other d--gs, etc destroyed her career and her life), Amy Winehouse couldn't stand up on her feet during her last tour 'cause she was always drunk and high…and then she died. Britney has been no longer the same (and her career is almost over) since her breakdown…. In 2007 LIVENATION signed the 50 year old megastar Madonna for a 10 year deal which includes music and touring (a 100 million dollar deal). Live Nation has invested lots of money on Madonna's tours, that's why they are technically and visually amazing: you need big money for big productions. But you invest lots of money if YOU CAN TRUST THE ARTIST….. and you CAN'T TRUST an artist with no discipline, with self-destructive tendencies…. …you risk to lose your investment I love Gaga. I just hope she gets back on track soon because she's really talented and she's got a great potential….

SlayedForTheGod 665
Let's talk postitives. Jimmy is moving to Apple. What if he helps gaga get major promo on the next album. Itunes banners and beats commercials everywhere. Let's hope.

I just hope she gets back on track soon because she's really talented and she's got a great potential…. you just spilled some major tea tbh. gaga had a responsibility for her fans, label, and most importantly herself to deal with the hip thing. also your point on the madonna comparison is good but a bit iffy, madonna has years of hits to fall back on, gaga has a limited supply, but even then its clear that if she went bankrupt during the monster ball, its clear that even during TFM they may not have been 100% invested into gaga. I'd say they put more faith into the BTWB, paying for the giant castle, but then the hip injury shattering that investment again. Hopefully gaga will learn from her experiences and turn it around. I just hope she gets back on track soon because she's really talented and she's got a great potential…. Those are examples of artists who let an addiction to hard d--gs overtake their lives. Britney had a breakdown due to undiagnosed bipolar depression...hardly her fault. Neither of these situations pertain to Gaga. Live Nation does trust Gaga. Otherwise they wouldn't have invested in her, for the third worldwide tour, once again recently. Gaga is on track! She simply came down with a virus or bacterial infection. It happens! Even to the most healthy, disciplined people in the world! No one is immune to every virus and bug and every performer and/or athelete is at risk of injury. No...Gaga knew she was hurting, but she has said repeatedly that when she tours, she is used to hurting all over. Strong minded individuals typically fight through the pain. Most atheletes and dancers live with pain on a continual basis and that's what Gaga was doing. Now, she knows what to look for and how to treat her hip before or after shows...and that's exactly what she is doing.

When I said that I hope Gaga gets back on track soon I didn't refer to her bronchitis!! That may happen to anyone!! Laryngitis too. I meant that I hope she will be soon in control of her life and her career ( that is no more d--gs, no more depression, no more blaming others for your own mistakes, no more unhealthy and self-destructive behaviors)
