Sabertooth 2
Push and shove was a nice prom-music album but now I want the kickass rock No Doubt to come back :) Its hard to say where they're going musically. They have anyways been a little all over the map, but mainly rock, ska, some dancehall and pop. ( I miss the punkish rock of TK tbh) They're have been working with a top mainstream producer " Shellback" as of late. So my guess is that Interscope is trying to get a major hit out of them, considering how poor P&S did.

Agree! I said this all along. I have a good few friends who I know love Push and Shove but aren't even fans (they weren't aware they even had new music until the video for it came out!) and they always tell me to play it before nights out and things. Missed opportunity
Sabertooth 2
If push and shove was the lead single, the would've done just fine IMO. everyone is BLASTING that song now, general public loves it! Blame Interscope. I believe they had the real choice in the singles. They really fu(ked,it up and now they're trying to recover for Looking Hot. The video went down right away and they didn't promote it well. Which is probably why they hooked em up with Shellback. I'm sure No Doubt won't let him **** em around like generic others. I know No Doubt are soft now, and it makes sense. I just hope they come out of this before they disband. Edited January 1, 2013 by Sabertooth

Interscope probably just wants one or two really great mainstream singles they can make hits and will allow No Doubt to do whatever for the rest of the album. Because, after all, it isn't the mainstream music listeners that are buying the entire album. It's the fans. I'm sure that interscope realizes this, but just wants a few hits off of the album. Karin 0
I was at a Gwen Stefani concert once, and she did a great show back then. It would be cool to experience a No Doubt concert too.

SoldierDown 49
The new album was terrible and I was looking forward to it for months I think terrible is a bit harsh. I was taken aback by it at first listen, because it definitely wasn't the No Doubt I was expecting. But after a couple of listens I really grew to love it! I just accepted that it was a different direction for them, and one that works quite well in today's music scene IMO. Saying that, I hope whatever they're cooking up next is something different again, just because variety is good! Sabertooth 2
The new album was terrible and I was looking forward to it for months Its not a "terrible" album by any means. Its not what most fans were expecting, so it kind of pissed in our corn flakes. There's respect and almost "like" the thing for me. I'm just not into pop normally, but it seems like they made a indie pop, that oozes a 80s feel.

ELECTRAHEARTPOP 93
I wish they were big for the younger of us. I'm in my early teens and I became a fan through Gaga mentioning them and hearing Settle Down, but that X Factor performance turned a lot of my friends off from them, they should have performed Settle Down or Push and Shove imo. Don't get me wrong I love them, I have their Singles Collection and Push and Shove, and I absolutely love them!
