She is pointing out an observation she didn't say anything below the belt or mean I was just saying that promote online kindness is from this era, and not BTW as somebody had said. Well when Gaga holds back her tongue other artists and the media take advantage of her, better Gaga develops a strong voice And Gaga is allowed to change her opinion on this whole "promote online kindness" stunt... Gaga isn't the first person to have green hair or whatever. And a mechanical horse isn't the most creative thing in the world. She is insulting her. She is implying that Katy is ripping her off.
