If anything, it was just a comment about how pop culture is always a matter of recycling ideas. She did the same with Miley a few months ago, and surprisingly, no one here had anything to say about it - but all of a sudden, when it's about Katy, here's the outrage... So it's right to "call out" Miley, but not Katy? Who's the hypocrite here? Ans stop with the Madonna comments - Madonna has been b---hy towards Gaga during her whole MDNA era. The MDNA album itself was her blatant attempt to go after Gaga's weave (thing that Elton John himself has pointed out). She's never showed compassion towards Gaga the way Gaga has showed compassion towards Katy in the past, so cut this ****. "Have a dynamic day". They will take all her power away by this indirect bullying. She'll go to the UK with the artrave and the media will report her copying Katy's green hair performance. It will be funny then. Online kindness has nothing to do with this. You can still promote kindness but speak up for yourself. That's being brave and acknowledging. Understand your point. Don't act like you wouldn't feel the same way. most of you I'm sure would have made a bigger fuss over it if you were in her shoes. That woman has worked her ass off for years to get where she is now and has had so much **** thrown in her face and she's thrown it back. she's never called someone else fat, she's never called someone else untalented, she's never called anyone out on their controversial performance, she's never wrote a diss track... hell, she even wanted people to leave miley alone after the VMAs. it is absolutely infuriating to see people rip off your work and scrape by with mediocre atempts at creativity and actually achieve more success when you give it your all. Gaga may not care about her own success but it is still disheartening no doubt. If any other pop girl out there wrote a diss track or shaded Gaga people would be laughing her asses off and fueling the hatred towards her. When Gaga actually speaks up and defends her own integrity and work people boo her and call her a hypocrite like she's not allowed to fight back and actually has to be everyone punching bag. Even the kindest person in the world have limits and need to vent and stand up for themselves. So shut the **** up. Gaga has been "imitating" Madonna all through her career (Fame Monster+BTW era) so she should just realize she is the last person on earth that can shade someone else for ripping off. The media backlash is already there: they say "Gaga copied Madonna and now she dare accuse Katy of copying!!! " This is a bad promotional move….I already see Madonna fans and Katy fans start hating on gaga again. Gaga needs to expand her "market"….She needs to "conquer" new fans from other fan bases instead of stirring hate ….it's a bad move to annoy Madonna and Katy's fans. Katy is already conquering Madonna fans with her support to Madonna's art for freedom project and performing VOGUE in her Prismatic world tour…. Anyway the horse theme is not GAGA'S invention!! And Katy didn't have two eras full of kind and loving messages. Furthermore Katy is praising Gaga left and right. If Gaga can't practice what she's preaching, then she should just stop talking about online kindness or free artistry. She might not take Katy seriously, but does the world take GAGA seriously? No. She should know how hurtful that can be. Especially after her whole career is a mix of former pop stars' legacies. And let's not forget one of her biggest hit songs and THE Gaga song - Born This Way. Gaga is going to get SO much backlash from this. And I hope she does. Can you imagine as an artist how frustrating it is to be accused of plagiarizing every concept you have while your peers get off scot-free for copying you? She is human, don't hold her to a higher standard then you would hold yourself too. People hold Gaga in higher regard than they hold her peers and rightfully so, but it also has downsides to it, she has to live up to expectations. And it turns out she's just not able to anymore.
