Whether that's true or not is debatable, but in general Katy has been really nice towards Gaga. There was a recent radio interview she did in Australia where she defended Gaga against a DJ who was trying to pit them against each other. That really gave me a high opinion of her and to see Gaga say something like this is very sad. Also, Gaga can't really talk about copying tbh.
